Happy 2014! Spent the day with Niall- went to Karyn's on Green for the first time. Amazing vegan fancy restaurant, courtesy of gift certificate from Niall's brother and sister-in-law. 

Had creme brulee! And "crab" benedict! 

Played a little in the snow- lots of snowfall the past couple of days. Lake Michigan: so gorgeous and frozen. Made hummus with black eyed peas. Watched movie at home- intense, incredible Incendies. So sad, so beautiful, so full. 

Good way to start the year.
