Today is Cassafras' 10th birthday (we don't really know his actual birthday, but we know it was around now- naturally, given all the calls about newborn kittens we get this time of year at work - so May 1st is the day we celebrate it). Cass has grown into such a handsome, amazing little man. Here he is in this photo, entering his golden years with grace, enjoying his birthday present, a cozy-soft bed we gave him a few days ago because we just couldn't wait. Right this very moment, the vibration of his purring makes my heart burst as he cuddles with dozing Niall  during their nightly bedtime routine.
